About The Venue
The custom-built Big Top venue for Come Alive! The Greatest Showman Circus Spectacular at the Empress Museum features an intimate, 700-seat in-the-round auditorium layout. The stage is centrally located, and the audience is seated in four steeply tiered banks looking down into the ring. Before the show, guests can explore a detailed carnival village set up in the outer pavilion of the Empress Museum. This immersive area features vintage caravans, themed tents, and interactive stages where actors, magicians, and comedians perform close-up shows among the crowd. The pavilion also houses an exhibition gallery displaying historical circus posters, memorabilia, and authentic movie costumes—including the original coat worn in the film adaptation. See further down this post for more details on pre-show entertainment and food.
