The Royal Court Theatre, located in Sloane Square, is a world-renowned powerhouse for new writing, having premiered groundbreaking plays since its pivotal re-establishment in the 1950s under George Devine. Housed in a Victorian building, it features two distinct performance spaces: the Jerwood Theatre Downstairs and the more intimate Jerwood Theatre Upstairs. Directions
The Royal Court Theatre is located directly on Sloane Square. The nearest Tube station is Sloane Square, served by the District and Circle lines. Upon exiting the station, the theatre is immediately visible across the square, on the corner of Sloane Square and Lower Sloane Street. It is approximately a 1-minute walk from the station exit.
