London City Ballet: Firebird – A Double Bill

London City Ballet returns to Sadler's Wells with a double bill of two UK premieres. Glen Tetley's gothic Firebird, revived in his centenary year in John Macfarlane's original designs, follows a young woman breaking free of a controlling family. John Neumeier's Ghost Light, danced outside Hamburg Ballet for the first time, glimpses the spirits of the artists who once filled the stage, with Alina Cojocaru as guest artist at every performance.
