About The Venue

Sadler's Wells Theatre, with a history stretching back to 1683, stands as London's premier venue dedicated to international dance. Rebuilt in 1998, its modern architecture houses state-of-the-art facilities, providing an exceptional setting for a diverse programme of contemporary dance, ballet, flamenco, and more. It offers an intimate yet grand atmosphere, making every performance a captivating experience for audiences.

Seating

The Stalls are located on the ground floor. The seating rake in this section is relatively shallow, which means that views can be partially obstructed by taller people in front, particularly in the mid-to-rear rows. Legroom is generally considered good throughout the Stalls. Central seats offer excellent proximity and detail of the performance. Seats towards the extreme sides of the Stalls may provide a slightly angled view of the stage, potentially cutting off the very edges of the performance area, especially for productions that utilise the full width of the stage. There are no pillars or significant architectural obstructions within the main Stalls seating area.
