You're in a single, well-raked tier, and the rake is consistently excellent throughout, ensuring clear, unobstructed sightlines over heads, even from the very back rows.

Given the venue's small scale, every seat offers a remarkably close and immersive experience, putting you in direct proximity to the performance. Legroom is generally adequate, though it can feel slightly more compact in the central sections of longer rows compared to aisle seats.

Views of the stage are typically direct and unobstructed. The stage configuration often varies by production, from thrust to proscenium, but there are no structural pillars or traditional architectural elements to cause restricted views.

Row A, the front row, is extremely close to the stage, offering an unparalleled intimate view, but you may need to gaze slightly upward.
