A Dickens of a Christmas

A Dickens of a Christmas is a madcap new adaptation of Charles Dickens’ Other Christmas Stories, co-written and directed by Caleb Barron and Ellie Jay Cooper. The play features goblins showing an ordinary messenger visions of the future, a professor making a ghost’s bargain, and unearthly children haunting London streets.

As Christmas Eve unfolds, the fates of a young couple, a sickly student, an outlaw, and an oddball family hang in the balance, with hearts needing to be changed and souls rescued for a Christmas Day wedding. The production runs for 65 minutes and is recommended for ages 10+.
