The Popinjay Cavalier
Quentin Tarantino's first stage play, which he writes and directs: a swashbuckling comedy set in 1830s Europe, "a rambunctious comedy of deception and disguise" inspired by the great swashbuckling epics of stage and screen. Sacha Baron Cohen plays the title role. It opens in the West End in early 2027; the Phoenix Theatre has been reported as its venue, after Stranger Things closes there in December, but the producers have not confirmed it yet.
