Faith, Hope and Charity
Faith, Hope and Charity is a play by Alexander Zeldin, part of The Inequalities trilogy. Set in a community hall, Hazel volunteers to cook for those in need. After lunch, choir practice offers new beginnings for individuals like Mason, Beth and her son Marc, and Tharwa, whose daughter has joined her from Sudan. Their voices and stories fill the space, but the community centre's days are numbered. As the hall itself comes under threat, so does everything they've built inside.
The production is written and directed by Alexander Zeldin, with set design by Rosanna Vize and costume design by Natasha Jenkins. It is a portrait of people who show up for each other.
